Refers Luke 17: 11-21

v.17,18  Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But the nine-where are they? Was no one found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner?”

Jesus had answered this way, but what was the question?

One of the ten, now cleansed leprous men, in the midst of Samaria and Galilee, had repented, having a revelation of who Jesus is, and turned back to Him, glorifying God.

And by his faith, was saved (v19).

What of the other nine?

Perhaps the question then becomes… is it God’s will that ALL should not perish, but be saved?

The answer surely deserves a ten out of ten response!

Who then, will return to Him, the Messiah and Master, in repentance, and with a good confession and with thanksgiving?

(v21) For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.

For the ten had received a taste of the kingdom,

Yet it was the tenth part, the one part of the ten,

That on this occasion, entered in.

Leviticus 5:11 But if he cannot afford…then he shall bring his offering-he who has sinned, the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour…for it is a sin-offering.
